Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Delivery
We deliver across the UK Mainland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery is specific to each product and your shipping location. Check your basket total for relevant delivery charges.
*Please note Xtreme Wholesale dispatch orders on working days Monday through to Friday only. Any order placed after 12pm/noon on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday and dispatched on Tuesday. This includes any express delivery options such as Same Day, Saturday and Next Day Delivery Options.*
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you never need to return anything to us; however, should you need to a member of our team will happily assist you with this. You will have the option request a refund or exchange up to 28 days after receiving your order(s).
*Unfortunately if 28 days has passed since you have received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your order is faulty or damaged in any way, we will ask you to send us a photograph and description of the fault to sales@xtremewholesale.co.uk and a member of our team will be in contact with you.
Upon receipt of your Product(s) we will:
- Inspect them to check that they are in their original packaging, unused and are suitable for resale. Please note a refund or exchange will not be given if the products fail the inspection.
- Once inspection is completed we will refund the full amount paid to the credit or debit card in which you purchased the products.
Please allow up to 14 days to process all returns.
We recommend that you put the products you are returning are wrapped well or put into another box to protect the original packaging.
